Episode 4: Learning from others (Japan)

สวัสดีค๊าทุกคน

The last one will be the trip in Japan. This will be my last episode on learning from others (for this month) and I still would like to do it more in the future.
สุดท้ายเตื้องจะพูดถึงเรื่องไปญี่ปุ่นละนะคะ บทความนี้ก็จะเป็นตอนสุดท้ายของเดือนนี้ละคะ และก็ยังหวังว่าจะได้ทำอีกในอนาคตข้างหน้าคะ

For this trip, I would have to say the same thing with my trip in China that  it was very hard to find an English mistake of Japanese people as they rarely speak English in Japan. However, the guide tour of my group have told us about English pronunciation of Japanese people that is a "little" different from others.
สำหรับที่ญี่ปุ่น เตื้องคงต้องพูดเหมือนกับที่จีนคะว่า ยากที่จะหาข้อผิดพลาดในภาษาอังกฤษของคนญี่ปุ่นมาก เพราะเค้าไม่ค่อยจะพูดภาษาอังกฤษกันคะ แต่ก็จะมีที่ไกด์ชาวญี่ปุ่นของกรุ๊ปเตื้องเนี่ย เล่าให้พวกเราฟังถึงการออกเสียงภาษาอังกฤษของคนญี่ปุ่น ซึ่งก็ต่างจากชาติอื่นๆเล็กน้อยนะคะ

One example from our guide tour was "McDonald's". We would say "Mac-Do-Nalds" but some Japanese say "Ma-Cu-Do-No-Lu-Du-su". And I remember that I got one from my Japanese friend when I studied in Sydney, Australia.
ตัวอย่างนึงที่ได้มาจากไกด์ญี่ปุ่นของพวกเราก็คือ "แมคโดแนลส์" คะ คนญี่ปุ่นเค้าจะออกเสียงเป็น 
"แมคคุโดโนลุดุสึ" แล้วเตื้องก็นึกคำที่ได้มาจากเพื่อนชาวญี่ปุ่นเมื่อสมัยเรียนที่ซิดนี่ในออสเตรเลียได้คำนึงนะคะ

That day, we talked about our favorite singers and she said hers was Bu-rit-to-ni" and I was like ahh... "Who is she?". She tried to find a picture of that singer and it became "Britney Spear".
วันนั้นพวกเราก็คุยกันเรื่องว่าชอบนักร้องคนไหน เธอก็มาเลย บอกว่าชอบ "บุริตโต๊ะนิ" เตื้องก็ประมาณว่า งงๆ ใครละหนะ แล้วก็เอารู "บริทนี่ สเปียร์" มาให้ดู



I think their way of pronouncing English is very cute by the way!
